Far far too many. So much so I’ve actively embarked on a program on non-tech adventures! Bought a paddle board, serviced the bicycle.

LOL, too much. I can get easily distracted sometimes.

Its starts with checking social media, which will have news items or posts that link to others etc and before long I've spent an hour doing something that should have only taken 10 minutes of so...

I lose myself watching vids on my social media, so probably more time than I should. Mr NBVN and I send each other vids to wind each other up too.

Thanks Nora saved me writing it… this ^

Only thing I stream is Netflix but that’s on tv not phone. Phone is for messaging and maps when I’m getting lost

Pretty much the same, though I do use YouTube to find walkthroughs of games I play (not on my phone) from time to time when I get really stuck.

Yes TV is included, but only when you are watching it
