Maybe more to do with tiredness. I timed my long run wrong and didn't take enough snacks. I wondered if that was how it felt to fast because I felt like crying.

Several cups of tea...No matter when I wake, I don't usually eat until 12.30-1pm, when I have a bacon sandwich.

I call this breakfast (because it breaks my fast) but Belle calls it lunch.

She can be so weird at times.
