Had a funny old day yesterday...

I was driving down a road with cars parked on double yellows to the side of me

When a Jaguar car decided to pull out and smashed into the side of my van

I didn't even know he had done it as the van didn't even shake the only thing that stopped me was the noise

Out i got and looked at the damage a slight dent in the side of the van that insignificant i am not even claiming

The jag however had a dented wing a bent bonnet and it pulled half the bumper off

He has admitted liability though his insurers so it deff wasn't my fault lol

The strange thing about this is that i drive a Suzuki carry commonly known as a sooty van (cause sooty and sweep had one)

Well it just goes ta show that bigger ain't always best lol xx

Modern cars are designed to deform in the event of an impact, this stops the energy from the impact being transferred into the passanger compartment hence protecting the occupants, so often when you see the damage on a car, its meant to behave like that.

The bigger they are the harder they fall, well in this case smash and damage.

I had a police car hit me once, and totall his fault, oh the money I got inc hush money to, got a new car and a very nice holiday out of it to xx

Ha bloody ha!

I only ever had one speeding ticket back in 2004, got caught doing 94miles on a newly opened dual carriageway, the road was clear, driving conditions excellent etc., and I was enjoying the drive so much I missed the mobile pig!

My only accident was Dec 2006, nudged the car in front thinking he would pull out of the roundabout, and didn't! Old chap in a blandeo who was not particularly fast off the mark!

Not a bad record for driving since 1993 I believe
