I am from sweden and there we have a traditional cake that is called prinsess tårta, in english it is the princess cake, have you tried it? I like it and it is also one of my favourites.

It consist of alternating layers of airy sponge cake, pastry cream, raspberry jam and a thick-domed layer of whipped cream, it is a green cake

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

Rock cake. Although the last time I had it I was probably in primary school. Percy Ingle a regional bakery chain used to do it too I think but they've gone out of business now. I also had a cake called concrete cake in Birmingham. There's a theme going on with my cake preferences. If anyone can point me in the right direction of where to get either of these please let me know

It's called 'Dirty Vegan Chocolate Cake' from 'The Dirty Vegan' cook book. It's bloody lush.

I am not pure vegan anymore and it's still my go to cake....

And I mean I love Mars bars in a weird yet wonderful way, but would choose this over them.
