I suffer from gout occasionally OP, I even went to an MLS after slightly recovering from it a few years ago, but try getting it in your left ankle and your right knee at the same time

A new sofa that is just awful! Not comfortable, full of faults! Thankfully I’ve still got my old sofa which is so much more comfortable but I was looking forward to a new one that reclined and went with my sofa May have a vodka as I’m pissed off about this and the fact the delivery guy decided to walk all over my new carpet in his bloody boots when I said I would put covers down totally disregarded
