I've trained myself to eat them cold, in case of emergencies.. what I dislike the most about beans is if someone's had heated beans for lunch in the office then leaves the plate there too long.. it dries out and the stink is disgusting to me.. anyone else get that?

It used to be heinz but I decided to try buying some own brand stuff with this whole cost of living crisis going on and I'm happy to say Tesco beans are just as good. I just cook them a bit longer to get the sauce to thicken up a bit.

Still can't bring myself to try their ketchup though

As a poor student years ago used to eat a lot of cold baked bean and corned beef sandwiches. I think Heinz beans were comparatively a lot cheaper then . Nowadays I buy Morrisons.
