Currently getting ours from MyProtein when there are offers or discounts.

Where does everyone else get theirs from and is it better and cheaper?

Coincidentally, I’m just looking because by last 5kg bag is down to the last few scoops.

I’ve tried Bulk, Myprotein, and ProteinWorks in the past. They’re all very similarly priced if you buy in bulk. I think the only difference is the range of flavours if that tickles your pickle.

To get the same amount of protein that I need daily, from milk, that I do powder, I’d have to drink 2-3l per day . I think I’ll stick to my powders.

Yip and Arnold and all the other 80s big time body billers all sware by it

The only people who are negative on it are all these new ones and YouTube stars who are trying to push some protein power for the own bank account benefit

But the likes off Arnold and lee presist and that who didn’t have protein power deals all say it’s number 1

A typical scoop of whey protein is around 100 kcal and provides about 25g of protein.

You need to drink about 700ml of milk to get the same amount of protein, which comes with 500 kcal, not to mention 25g of fat.

Whey protein is a simple food supplement, it's not a drug. It's been around for decades.

??? Milk is 20% whey 80% casein

Also it’s the building blocks off life

In this day and age and the labs we have if milk wasn’t number 1 these big corps would have swapped out milk for feeding babes to a powered shake

Same as you. Myprotein. I get the impact whey isolate powder and add it in to foods and drinks.

Tried the mug cakes and pancakes but didn’t like them at all.

Optimum gold standard whey is great and only a little more expensive but myprotein stuff is decent. Creatine from myprotein is a bit shit though fyi

Myprotein and bulk powders depending on what offers they have on but they seem to have increased their prices by quite a bit recently.

Usually order from MyProtein as get a discount with bluelight card. But I also drink a lot of Bob milk, as that has a high protein content, plus Aldi do a great range of protein products.
