Will be held in the UK next year after the organisers devised the Ukraine would not be able to hold it due to the ongoing war.

How do you feel about this? Good thing or bad thing?

I love it. I hope they need volunteers as I would love to be involved.

I love me some Eurovision! Do hope it's hosted in Manchester. If so I'd love to go be involved.

We already fund it. That's how we get straight in to the final.

Google UK GDP, then Google cost of hosting Eurovision and compare the two numbers.

London

Quite right, I'd say. Looking back on it, the United Kingdom were this year's true winners. It's obvious that Ukraine only won via the sympathy vote (no disrespect of Ukraine at all).

Think it should go somewhere other than London Manchester and Birmingham.

Give another city some limelight.

I will be dragged along as always if my mates company is involved.

I mean the UK only really didn't win because Ukraine got the rather obvious sympathy vote, so it seems all fair to me.

If it’s not held in a stadium, then it’s in an arena- and if I remember rightly, the order of size is

Millennium dome (or whatever it’s now called)

Genting arena (bham)

NIA (bham)

Secc (Glasgow)

All the others are then under 12k capacity and this may rule them out due to restricted ticketing

Having seen the logistics of hosting the technicals and crew, Genting & Secc are the best contenders outside of London, as they’re multi venue sites with lots of local accommodation and good transport links

I hope it's not Glasgow. We don't need the disruption.

It’s a good idea but I think the guys from the Kalush Orchestra should be there to play host to our presenters since rightfully it should be their party.

I'm thinking voting was strategic, meant for the UK to host because nobody else can be bothered with the cost and effort.
