Lost my mojo.

Anyone lost theirs? How did you get it back?

I often lose my mojo, I put my phone down for a couple of days and forget about all the fab negatively and start again when my skin has grown another layer !

Yep, mojo is MIA here. I can't remember when I last had sex. Not that it was that long ago, I just can't remember it or who it was with. I find someone I fancy and they efaborate before my eyes.

My FB network has dried up ond they've gone AWOL so my sex life is DOA.

Way too many military abbreviations going on here- maybe I just need a hot young man in uniform to resuscitate it ;-p

Now I keep it by my side so I don’t lose it again.

The problem with me was worrying about stuff, and like a bolt from the blue, someone Meade me feel desirable again. Which made me walk a little taller, chics love tall men don’t they?

I have no mojo to speak of right now, but that's due to stress and AD's. When I can lower the dose again I'll hopefully be fine. In the past I've lost it when life has been stressful yet boring and predictable. Finding something exciting, a new passion, has ignited it again.

I take some 'me time':

• Stop watching and reading the news

• Do more (or some) exercise

• Eat healthy

• Stay away from alcohol

• Go for long walks

• Move all my social media apps to a folder that just says "No" to stop me using them

Generally cut out anything toxic, depressing or anxiety inducing and take better care of myself, body and soul. I find after about a week or two I'm in a better headspace and my I've got my mojo back. It's not easy but if you're strict with yourself it's amazing how well it works.

Surely this is normal? We can't expect to be switched on all the time? If this unique to fab that people get concerned that they aren't interested in sex for a little while? I mean unless it's been years then yes maybe there's a problem. But short term? It'll come back when you're in the right mind frame.

Yes. I have lost mine for a long time and havent found it yet. I know why too, cos I am dieting on low calories, which means that your test levels go down in order to have my 6pack
