"Veggy chilli using lentils beans and vegetables or a savoury rice, which I'm having tonight for dinner. " I had savoury rice with grilled halloumi cheese and cherry tomatoes on top, was yummy.

It is so versatile, goes with everything and has fewer calories, less fat and never any bones, gristle etc to contend with. Love the stuff.

"Not sure about fish, will find out. I hate quorn and as I'm eating too spaghetti Bol is a no go, pasta and roasted veg sounds good though " Don't use quorn it is crap. Go to Holland and Barrett and grab their protein mince, you can either get natural or died if you want it to look more like a mince colour. Soak it in a couple of good vegetable stock cubes overnight or alternatively a Marco Pierre White vegetable stock pot and then use it in the same manner as you would mince beef, in any dish which asks for mince.

Find out if she eats quan, mushrooms nuts and fish before you plan what to cook. We have a couple of veggies in the family and they can be pretty fussy.
