It's because they're not really straight.

I don't consider myself a TV/TS, I just enjoy dressing up the way I do.

But I do get lots of messages from guys whose profile says they're straight. I asked one of them why that is. For him he was worried that having Bi on his profile might be off putting to women and was worried about being recognised by people he knew who might out him as Bi.

It's a personal gripe of mine, but it's their choice to be who they want to be and to label themselves as they see fit.

because they are not STRAIGHT they are really bi guys who hide as straight to get to meet females and couples,,, most tv's will tell you they get about 15 -25 STRAIGHT guys a month asking for sex,,

Sexuality is who you are sexually attracted to.

Not what sexual acts you find appealing.

While they may inform each other they are not one and the same.

Why should anyone care what someone decides to label themselves as?

This site/community is about freedom, having fun and building connections, people should focus on that.

There is a pretty big difference between TS 'women' and as TV 'man'.

the term tv/ts implies a transvestite who changes sexuality.

This site, like many others and swinger clubs, do not have a clue about the transgender condition and treat GIS [gender incongruety syndrome] women as men who dress as women. A very offensive attitude.

As for men being attracted to GIS women, it depends on what they are being attracted to. I would go on but it would be a very very long post

"Maybe they're attracted to feminity, whatever the chromosomes. "

This.

I suspect if Daisy Taylor or Emy Lee walked into a bar and offered any straight guy a blow job they'd get zero refusals - because 99% of the men wouldn't even realise they were TS unless they undressed.

The 'TV/TS' categorisation on Fab is seriously outdated and pointless. It covers too many different possibilities and needs updating.

They just like slightly more masculine females and the taboo value and the anal sex be it both ways.

Fab is a facet of the world, where prejudice still exists. Some men adopt a label based on their perception of how others will perceive their suitability as a partner.

Sexuality, gender and sexual orientation aren't just 3 or 4 labels that billions of people sit fully squarely inside of 1 or 2. If you know swingers, you must be aware of the otherwise situational people, who have no sexual attraction to some of the people they have sex with, such as the married guy who will have some oral sex with the same gender, when with his wife.

As for transgender interaction - it's heterosexuality predominantly, liking the opposite gender. Humans are complex, we've normally understood that, by the time we're in school. We will never be simple, as few animals aren't either. Enjoy and accept your freedoms to be yourself.

Bi men are far outnumbered by 'straight' men.

Couples looking for bi men, that won't meet guys that are not honest, are outnumbered by couple's looking for straight guys.

In my mind the sly-bi guys are fishing from a much larger pond than they need to.

I know what the question was what I’m talking about is your provocative idea that straight men are going for tv/ts as a second rare substitute for women. I’d actually like to know the answer. Cause if it’s true it’s degrading and I for one have a hella lot of blocking to do

for me, if someone presents sexually as cd/tv/ts on fab,, then guys need to respect their wishes and needs. Much the same for a straight guy, though I think sometimes they place too much credence in how others see them.

Sexuality is all about being happy in you, and enjoying the pleasure it brings.

"The world would be a boring place of we were all the same but why do straight men (as they claim) want to meet TV/TS?? "

Well first of all, there’s a distinction between transvestite and transsexual.

One is living as a man and dressing up in certain occasions in feminine clothes, a trans woman lives her life as a woman (legally, changes her biology with hormones to be in range with the female range, gets surgeries to change first and sex characteristic - tho not all get surgeries)

So as you can see, there’s quite a difference! You can remove the dress and make up from a trans woman, she’d still be considered a woman.

Assuming that a man attracted to a woman of trans experience is not straight, would be saying.. “well she’s not really a she , she’s man.. so he must be gay”

This narrative pushed by society, actually can harm trans women because men, who happen to have fragile egos, face having society question their straight status. Those who can’t handle it, might end up harming their trans partner. (By the way, there’s nothing wrong with being gay or bisexual at all but I can see how a Hetero man might have a problem being told.. wait you are actually gay if you love a trans woman because ChRomOsOmalLy sHe Is sTILl a MaN.. tho she looks anything but a man)

There are plenty of trans beautiful women out there, who look and sound just like any women and you wouldn’t be able to tell they are trans, unless they told u they are

Look at Samantha lux, Maya V Henry, Indya Moore, Hunter Schafer for example! Some of them have had the vagina surgery

Hope this helps

Ha the thing is most people might think of a trans woman as a man with a wig and a dress …which, nothing wrong with that but it’s a misconception…trans come in different shape and sizes.

Some are super passable , some are less passable because they transitioned later in life, or they have features that are more manly.

So like any woman really (surely men aren’t attracted to every single woman who’s walking the earth…C’MON!)

And a lot of men, are attracted and open to the right trans woman, given the opportunity (doesn’t suddenly makes them gay). Btw I totally get genital preference, but some do end up having the surgery so, u get a closer step to bridge the genital preference “issue”

"The world would be a boring place of we were all the same but why do straight men (as they claim) want to meet TV/TS?? "

Gynosexuality, sometimes spelled gynesexuality, describes someone who's attracted to femininity.

That means a person of any gender can be attracted to someone who identifies as female or who expresses feminine characteristics.

That’d be a bit blurred lines. Like, I think the thing with a trans person, is that I’d say generally speaking.. the partner doesn’t see the trans woman as any different than a woman. Making it straight.

With a man who dresses. It really depends. Does the guy think of them as women in that moment in time? Or is he concious about them being men and is turned on only by their clothes? Also what does he want to do when with that person? Is he interested in the genitalia ?

As it’s an illusion during the sex act only. I’d say.

There’s an element of maybe curiosity in there.

Realy? Desperation can make someone Bi?

I don’t think it’s controversial, I think it preposterous.

Really! What about the old Navy saying "It's not gay if you're underway""

Again, this 100% is my feeling.

I have been lucky to meet some wonderful TS lady's who are far more feminine that some ladys I've met & this is what attracts me.

I would never meet another guy, just not my thing, even if they were in womens lingerie.

Ultimately it does not matter the whys and wherefores. Are they causing harm? Are they having a good time? Are they safe? The psychology behind who wants what is different for everyone. Why men who are straight want to be with a TV or whoever is down to those people. I'm not being harmed. I think that getting into how their mind works is a minefield and you'll never get to the bottom of it

No good saying something is offensive but not offering any explanation. Yes it may be offensive but unless you explain what and how then people will continue to live in ignorance. This is the perfect opportunity to put things straight. Be specific, what is upsetting you?

Your ignorance is astounding. Does a black man have to explain why he is black? The very fact you have written such a message I find astounding. I'm a real transgender woman not somebody who dresses up for fun. You and your friends are discussing me and others like me in an offensive manner. Ignorance is no excuse. Have another read through. Not all are offensive I agree. But there are some who consider people like me a joke. I'm afraid your ignorance is perpetuating that attitude. Now complain to admin that I've upset you? I don't have an opinion on you and your life so why should you sneeringly sit back and have an opinion on mine. Educate yourself as you are a grown woman. Ironically I trained to be a teacher but could only work in country's abroad who didn't see people like me as a problem. Have a lovely evening x

I'm not a TV. I'm a transgender woman. A transvestite is something completely different. The Germans did a big study in Berlin in the 1930s concerning transgender people. They encouraged them to visit the 'El Dorado' Street in Berlin. There was clubs and bars there where they could meet. However by the end of 1942 they were all dead. Please try and be respectful when it comes to transgender people. It would make such a lovely change. With respect have a great evening x

In fact that really famous photo of the Nazi's burning books (well one of three)... that is the Library of the world's first Trans Health Clinic started by Magnus Hirschfeld.

One of the things they would do for people who questioned their identity was have people spend a few evenings talking to other trans people in the Cafe D'Eon (named after Chevalière d'Éon A Transwoman who started presenting as a woman in 1777)

Trans gender history is both fascinating and stretches back FAR FAR further than most will think.

Yes trans people are fascinating. According to the Genetics journal written in January last year.

Geneticists have discovered that all human embryos start life as females, as do all embryos of mammals. So there is some possible explanation as to why trans people like me get so fed up of the ignorance. Everyone is female to begin with. Having a double x chromosome signature like I do as do all women. Chew on that darlings xx

Yup the biology certainly supports the statement:

All people Assigned Male at Birth have undergone a genetic deviation.

Also the process which decides assigned gender at birth is also in no way connected to brain development, which may explain why Trans people's brains function far more like their true gender than the gender assigned at birth when mapped in an MRI

And that is there is a study that shows that right wing conservatives are obsessed with searching for Transgender Porn.

I cannot link it because it is not on one of the Big news sites (no shock there) still a credible site though.

"From my experience

They have tryed with woman and see us as the next best thing

Not speaking for all tv/ts

But most aren’t in to the whole social aspect with guys or the cuddle after words

Most are just looking for sex

You know come bang zip and go

Witch plays in to what they think this site is all about ie they think it’s a sex site "

I totally agree with this statement

I don’t reply to anyone who is not looking for tvs or straight on there profile

I label as bi sexual as that’s what I am

Being honest I identify as a straight male 99% of my life as that’s what I am 99% of my life

But when I get the 1% chance to be talisha then I’m 100% bi sexual

"Maybe they're attracted to feminity, whatever the chromosomes. "

ladies and gentlemen we have it in a nutshell, you are so right. Most men want someone feminine, soft, tender, caring and pleasurable, someone who wants to enjoy with them the fun of sex, that they don't have to compete in the cock race with as one guy said to me once "as long as I'm giving cock not taking cock I'm still straight, my cutie pie".

"Maybe they're attracted to feminity, whatever the chromosomes. "

PRECISELY THIS.

I have TV/TS on my profile because I am attracted to the femininity. A few years back something completely changed my way mindset when I unknowingly on a night out pulled a transitioned female. I thought absolutely nothing of it until she mentioned it to me as I was heading out of the club with her, but by that point I was so attracted to her visually (because lets face it, no one pulls in a club because of peoples personalities or outlook on the worlds geo politics lol) that I honestly didn't care in the slightest, and my mindset has changed to be that way ever since. TS women who have committed and made their transition are just that, women. They look like women, they talk like women, because *drum roll please* THEY ARE WOMEN.

So I 100% identify as straight, because I identify TS women as such, women.

Now crossdressers (men who simply dress up) are a completely different kettle of fish and they do absolutely nothing for me personally. I'm not attracted to them in any way what so ever. So if I was Bi like so many people with their archaic mindsets on this thread are claiming, surely I would be attracted to crossdressers also, no???

"The world would be a boring place of we were all the same but why do straight men (as they claim) want to meet TV/TS??

Hope this helps "
