Would a condom protect while it heals?

I’d probably listen to the piercer. They’re the experts.

I'm ok, it doesn't hurt, I've only had it for a week, when I put it on, I only had oral sex and it didn't touch there, only the balls

I don't think you can negotiate the healing time

You said "that's too much" that's how I normally start a price negotiation

Have you tried a wire brush and Dettol?

Gapping Fanny

Though they heal rather quickly healing in two to three months, during the first couple of weeks they are prone to bleeding, redness and swelling. Bleeding may last off and on for one to five days after the piercing and I suggest wearing a sanitary napkin or pad for the first week.

Google says this

People heal differently, which is why you were told 6 to 8 weeks.

I was told approximately 8 weeks to recover after my hysterectomy. I needed 10 before I could go back to work.

My PA took 3 days for the skin to fully seal and just under three weeks to be like I’d always had it.

somewhere

I had a frenum done some while back it seemed to only take a week to heal as it's only a thin bit of skin it goes through. The Jacobs ladder piercings took quite a bit longer.

I've had beading done and that took two weeks. Your piercer should have told you how long as part of after care.
