Im a 50yrs woman in a steady relationship. When I'm at work I'm easy to get along with, open and friendly to the majority of colleagues. Recently there's been few times when I've needed have conversations involving guys roughly 25yr-40yrs. all is completely above board no cheekiness or innuendo. However the next few times I see the person I see a change in their body language. From open, smiley, comradery to eyes down, rush rush, busy.

Im wondering if they think that I was too friendly perhaps and don't want to encourage.

Perhaps I'm reading more into it than is actually there?

Maybe they have a thing for you. If I come across as funny, bubbly and flirty in conversation I'm just being friendly. If I'm wierd, creepy and socially akward then I'm flirting.

Oh blimey

Hope not

That's what has happened to me more than a few times in my working life. Thought those awkward days had passed by now. Ugh
