From me getting my tattoo fix.. I am shitting myself as I have heard mixed things regarding pain factor having a tattoo on the inside of wrist...

Nah some don't... I have 4 but not one on the inside of my wrist.. I have one on my wrist..

My inner wrist didn't hurt noticeably more than any other, but it did send my hand in to random spasms which was quite odd...

I (Mr A) have 23 different tattoo's on the inside of my wrist.

Didn't hurt any more really than most others I had, but agree about the random hand spasms. Oh, and depends on where it is, could also get pins / needles or numbness for a while after.

As you know, I've got both sleeves done and the inside of both my wrists are pretty much completely covered. It does sting but no worse than anywhere else (nothing compares to the pain of getting my elbows done!).

My advice is to relax and try to enjoy it and you'll be fine.
