Uuuuuhm, I think he has quite a good voice but is a bit of a one-trick pony. It won't be long before someone comes along, works him out and bursts his Buble.

Oh no, that's terrible even for me.

I am a big rat Pack fan, and I find him a poor imitation of those Crooners who had real talent.

I dont mind him singing his own stuff, but wished he would leave the American Song Book alone...

I guess to me he sounds a bit too Joe Longthorne

Much as I like the original versions, I do like to hear new versions of the oldies from time to time.

However, if anyone touches Witchcraft, then I'll bite his head off, as no one does it better than Frank Sinatra, IMHO!

Did you see the Rat Pack show? Highly recommended if it comes your way.

So correct quantity does not equate to quality, I just read that Sinatra sold more than Martin it was a long time ago that I read it was the other way round and it may have been correct at the time I realy dont know but I will stand by your statement

No one can sing Sway and That's Amore better than Dean Martin.

Likewise, no one can sing Fly Me To The Moon, Witchcraft, Come Fly With Me etc. etc. (I can go on, and on) better than Frank Sinatra, IMHO, of course.

And yes, Dean Martin is very handsome, and I cannot say the same thing about Frank Sinatra.

They can both serenade me into doing anything for them for certain!

The last few years has produced a good number of 'Rat Pack' wannabes and i think more through personality and a wide ranging appeal to women, he has got farther than the others.

I can see why he is successful, but just so you are all aware, I would prefer something else for Christmas other than Michael Buble tickets.

However, each to their own; I enjoy his style, in just the same way as Jamie Cullum!

Have to admit to being a huge fan of Sinatra and being very, very lucky to see him at the Albert hall and he filled the whole auditorium. I think that the songs and the period, the gangsters, mafia,, cars, suits all belong together. The songs may stand alone but are richer for their context. When someone as plastic ally produced as Robbin Williams or buble singing mack the knife appears wrong. Buble is a pastiche, in circumstances they are really enjoyable like buggy Malone others will grate after a while. Would it not be greater for a singer to sing about and define their generations like the jam, happy Mondays, blur. Is it just me or is there little to say of this generation?

When he covers Rat Pack stuff it's an inferior imitation, if you really need to listen to someone imitate these classics Harry Connick Junior is far superior.
