Have you shaved your body in this heat?

I know someone who used to shave his body in summer, to keep cooler.

I sort my back out , down below , but keep the chest hair as I like it … though I got to keep flicking my T-shirt to cool down today

I love hair, but I don't want someone to feel uncomfortable.

Nah. Surely it wouldn't make that much difference I'm not a chinchilla.

Keep everything trimmed/shaved down below, but that’s all I touch. Not sure that it really helps to keep things any cooler down there…… perhaps I shouldn’t be wearing knitted Y fronts??

Body hair is to also regulate body temperature hair absorbs moisture as well as allows air to pass around the body filling it down. People who do shave completely have “tacky” moist skin to the touch as no hair to absorb moisture. As a hairy man who keeps it trimmed I say shaving does not help at all.
