You only have to run in short bursts. Ten minutes should be plenty

The Yorkshire one is held at Broughton Hall in Skipton (so only just in Yorkshire).

I've done tough mudder before, and total warrior. I prefer the team aspects of tough mudder. my aim is to be fit and healthy enough to do them again.
