It always amazes me that in modern work environments, where H&S is king and you need to complete a risk assessment to do just about anything, male staff are still encouraged to spend all day with a noose around their neck.

Missing the office to be honest with having air con but do not miss have to sit there in short and trousers with the only way to keep cool being to roll my damn sleeves up

I haven't worn a tie to work in 10 years of accountancy work both in practice and industry. It's outdated.
