On the radio the other day, a GP said you should drink hot drinks & have warm/hot showers/baths to open your blood vessels so you cool down quicker. I just can’t do it myself though

Not at the moment. But it annoys me because I love to run and it helps me clear my head.

I couldn't face doing the hoovering today because it was too warm. Problem is that tomorrow and Tuesday are supposed to be even warmer so looks like hoovering will have to wait until the weather breaks
