It doesn’t have to be outside play… it can be a walk in a shaded woods…. A walk along a river under the cover of trees…

Cotswold is nice place to walk take some lunch in. My birth place is Swindon. Lived there for 30 years.

My vitamin D comes predominantly in pill form and I don't need to cook myself to be healthy

It's because of generations of people thinking it's cool to cook yourself. Baby oil and sunbake in haste, get melanomas removed at your leisure
