Men under 40 shouldn't have more than a shot glass of beer per day, new study suggests.

I don't fit any of the criteria but I can't imagine a shot glass of beer is worth the bother.

Can you save it up and have half a pint every six months?

Pubs aren't allowed to sell beer in units less than a third of a pint so it will be hard to buy a shotglass full.
