Dog cruelty

A dog was so emaciated that a vet reported the Staffordshire owner to the RSPCA and the dog was so hungry it had actually eaten part of its own tail. The owner got fined £600

Now Tom is no dog lover but did the dog get justice?

Also. It was the lady who lived in Staffordshire. The dog was not a Staffordshire breed.

What's going on here guys

Just a dysfunctional person being incredibly cruel.

Ban them from keeping animals for life.

I cannot tolerate any form of animal cruelty…they should be jailed, and banned completely from keeping any animal!

I confronted two people in a supermarket carpark last week;when it was extremely hot),they had Labradors in the car while they were going to do their weekly shop…

Not on my watch,I reported them both

Penalties for animal cruelty are a joke. This should be a jail term.

This actually happened to a police dog handler once. His dog was left in the police van and the dog died

I agree but they rarely are for cruelty to humans either

Personally I’d shoot the owner.

But in reality, ban them from having pets ever again and send them to prison.

£600 for putting a dog through that?? Makes my fucking blood boil

Sadly the law around pets if not great to say the least.

They are treated as property rather than a living creature / being with feelings.

I'm quite hardened when it comes to people, and situations probably because of being a community carer but

Animals... I cannot take it. I just cry.

Tyre iron or baseball bat repeatedly to the face hands and legs. Sorry but no apologies if you think that's too harsh.

I think animal owners need assessment first.
