Q for the ladies. What shoes do you wear in the Summer? Is it flip flops, strapped sandals, wedges or heels? Or do you go barefoot? Seems like everyone now wears the same boring white trainers with every outfit. Very disappointing for guys like me although they do look comfy.

I’m not a fan of trainers with every outfit either! I wear everything but with summer clothes.

Think it’s an age thing perhaps? My daughter & friends are all 17/18 and it’s tiny scraps of clothes with converse!! That’s what they all wear!

We have gone so far down the road of women permanently in white trainers which is saddening. Little girls used to love dressing up like mum in her high heels and necklaces etc. Now young children will copy mum by wearing white trainers. Mums should be setting an dxple to society on what looks sexy and be an inspiration to us all...

I wear whatever goes with my outfit and is suitable for the activity that I'm doing.

*Except* for flip flops...those things should be banned so people don't have to listen to that horrendous schlop schlop noise or see people doing the talon death grip to keep the blasted things on their feet!

Skechers if I'm out and there's walking involved.

Flat sandals for going anywhere nice.

I don't like the white trainers with dresses either.

I don't know if they still exist but ladies used to attend finishing school to learn how to walk with grace, often with books on their head, how to use cutlery correctly and how to walk elegantly in very high heels.

Should this be brought back?

Have you time travelled from the 1950's?
