"Do you masturbate? Stop doing that " Thank you for trying to help, but thats not what I’m here for. I’m sure that would be an issue for some people but that’s not what my issue is. I just wanted to create an open space for guys to console. Not for guys that don’t have an issue to try and fix others issue with throw away comments ha

It’s how I fixed mine So many guys with ED completely ignore the fact that they are over stimulated with porn and masturbate too much Don’t masturbate for 2 weeks, then see how you get on, if there’s still an issue then we have other things to tackle. But to fix ED you need to take it step by step and the 1st step is seeing if you are masturbating too much

"It’s not a medical issue. It’s a mental illness issue. " It can be both tbf, I appreciate that with you it may be mental. I'm very anxious about lots of things at the moment and it definitely can have an effect on sex drive.

"It’s not a medical issue. It’s a mental illness issue. " There are many medical conditions that can cause ED, and medications taken for certain medical conditions can also cause ED

"Good on you for speaking open and honestly as well as providing a space for others to do so. I've had troubles with anxiety and it's definitely impacted hugely on both general libido and being able to get and maintain an erection. Like others have said, some form of psychological input would be a good start to help you identify the root causes of your anxiety as well as being able to develop tools to manage it better. I personally found it to be a great decision. Some medications, especially those for anxiety/depression, are known to cause problems with sexual function. If you take anything for your anxiety, it would be worthwhile discussing with your GP/pharmacist to make them aware of the potentially adverse effects. This will allow them to maybe trial something different which may not carry the same side effects Only you know what will work best for you though and hopefully this thread gives some helpful info/advice/coping methods. All the best mate! C (mr) x" Thanks for the great response. Yeah I’m off all meds now.

"I think this is a great thread, I suffer horribly at times with anxiety and whilst I don’t have a penis for it to affect, it gets to me in many other ways such as not being feeling able to meet if it’s particularly bad to not being able to reach orgasm on meets. I think it hugely important to increase awareness on the different ways mental health struggles can impact us. I hope you manage to find something to help you with it soon, and get and offer the support you want here x" It’s nice to hear from ladies that suffer similar issues. I think it’s important to speak about the mental health side of this site and respect other peoples needs.

I used to meet quite often on here a few years back , people seemed a lot more friendly then and there would be way more conversations. It’s gone a bit like horny tinder on here now though sadly. I mean I’m a great lay so they are missing out haha
