Many many years ago I knew a lady who had had one, she used a M&S home loan and said it was the best money she had spent. Her breasts had gone from something like a DD to a J after childbirth and were causing back issues and other problems.

One of my friends reduced from an F to a D and felt it was the best thing she did. Mind she only wished she used US surgeons as they tent to hide the scars better.

My ex wife had it after the kids went from HH to a DD and was really happy with how it went as was I as she loved showing them off
