I did a clean out and I'm glad I did! I've got tins in there coming upto the best before date, so emptied into plastic containers and in the fridge

So for the next few days I've got pineapple and mandarin that's gonna be lovely and cool and refreshing!

People check your cupboards lol!

Really?

It’s lovely this time of year and very simple to make

Once you try it, I guarantee you’ll be addicted; fruit, jelly, sponge and custard….

Half a bottle of Jack Honey, a pack of Golden syrup porridge I should’ve chucked 3 months ago and lime juice in a plastic lime.

Anyone got recipe ideas?

Firstly, down the bottle and wait until inebriation kicks in.

Next throw the oats and the lime juice into a bowl before stirring vigorously.

By this time you’re taste buds should be suitably incapacitated from the earlier whiskey so eat that bowl out clean

Tinned food is the one category I don't care what the date says.

Don't forget to Sputnik your pineapple with some Cheddar.
