I've got this low tummy fat roll and its getting right on my nerves. My big nanna pants slip down under it and I have to keep pulling my pants back over it

I didn't even eat cake today. I don't deserve this

They always look tight, I could try it. I don't want to lose circulation

Burnleyish (She/They)

Control knickers or really huge ones. I have some m&s ones that come right up to my waist (I tend to go with the no underwear option but of I do wear some these are it)

My underbelly gets all sweaty in this heat have to lift it to dry the sweat lol

I hate it so much but I’m nowhere as brave to have a tummy tuck! I’ve had that knockers-rolling-down since I was 11

Tummy tuck is on my saving up for list...

Till then, it sounds old ladyish...

But medicated talc is an actual life saver, especially when it's warm out or exercising...

You're by no means unique.

Have you tried high waisted knickers? There's plenty to choose from, from thongs to full backed briefs and they by no means look like 'granny pants'. There's even crotchless ones which are great for easy access whilst covering ip areas there may be a spot of insecurity about.

Google is your friend but you can find them at all the usual places - AS, Lovehoney etc.

Of course I'm not unique, mum tums are real for millions of us.

I posted it more for a chuckle. Don't think I put it across well enough

North West

Buy bigger pants. That's what I do. M&S cotton shorts with lace trim, in black. Come right up over the tummy and stay put. Comfy, no squishing of the tummy etc.
