Christ knows what would rush around his mind when the booze kicks in and hormones start to gather speed.

Met a few guys from here, they are absolutely clueless in the bedroom stakes, too much porn and too little social interaction.

Bit sad really.

I do worry about him he's not from here, by the way.

He says he loved women and gets a lot of attention from them, but I think his language comes across as misogynistic.

I wasn't sure, once I said it was misogynistic, that I was right.

In my experience, men who bang on about how much they love or respect women usually don't. Men who genuinely do don't think to mention it as it's their default setting.

It is crude and misogynistic, and also non-sensical, but will give him the benefit of the doubt that this was in the middle of an otherwise coherent sentence!

Oh, and just because I'm a grammar pedant, on one of the posts above, why would "minges" ever be hyphenated? What would Min-ges mean?

It's irrelevant if you live in a tower block, housing estate or a big mansion.

It's a label. People like to put other people in a Pidgeon holes or boxes. Lots of factors come into play with this reason.

It is sadly just human nature & just shows lack of thought or consideration for others.

We should all sit back & think of things before we talk.

It's is easy to be nasty/horrible. Harder to kind & caring and considerate. Much harder....

OK, yes he is!

It sounds like he fears / dislikes femininity.

Evryone has some level of masculine and feminine energy / personality, but we have been forced to not show the one that doesn't fit our gender roles.

"Men shouldn't cry", "Women should be gentle"

Bollocks, it's a much better world where everyone has a balance and understanding of both.

Even the most masculine men can have and show a feminine side, and that actually makes them a better man, not a broken man.

""some women squeezing babies out of their minges"

For context: it was said by a man ranting to me about us being in a matriarchal society.

"

'some women squeezing babies out their minges' is not a sentence. It is a clause. ( Go ahead. Make my day.)

Thanks for some context. Based only on what I have here.......

The clause - 'some women' suggests that they are not notable women. Not worthy of name or any other means of identification. They are the murky , faceless, unimportant, purely functional.

It's a phrase i'd use when i'm trying to make a particular point but I don't know the point he was trying to make.

The clause - 'squeezing babies out their minges' ..... should read, squeezing babies out of their minges.

It's a debasing clause that equates the miracle of giving birth, the labour, the carrying, the pain, the physical harm to mother and child that can occur and the emotional and psychological exhaustion of all involved seem like a vulgar, momentary blip in the day - like a soap bar slipping from someone's hand.

Again it's a clause i'd use in a certain context, with certain people and dependant on what I was trying to say or impression I was trying to give.

Was he ranting ? or passionate in his opinion giving ?

Was it his attempt to say that Britain is a matriarchal society and women have the power ?

If so ........ He's on a right loser. I can feel it in me minge.

It's not an argument that would persuade many and not one i'd use in a serious dialogue.

Was what he said misogynistic ? Not necessarily....... no. Tasteless - yes.
