All you lovely lot need to help me out please….

My hamstrings are so tight… what’s the best way to stretch them?

2 sensible suggestions,

Yoga. Try yoga with adriene on u tube.

Or foam rolling.

I'm sure there'll be sexier suggestions, but not from me.

Lie on your back. Knees bent. Feet on the ground. Grab one leg from underneath above or below the knee and pull slowly inward till your foot is at the top. Hold for 30 seconds then change legs.

Remember slow steady movements and only stretch to the point of tension. Never to the point of pain

Repeat at least twice per leg...

Hope they feel better soon...

I have to be careful if I stretch... I can put my calfs into cramp VERY easily for some reason.
