Grab one leg from underneath above or below the knee and pull slowly inward till your foot is at the top. Hold for 30 seconds then change legs. Remember slow steady movements and only stretch to the point of tension. Never to the point of pain Repeat at least twice per leg... Hope they feel better soon... | |||
