We are trying to renew our gold membership we allways do via a phone to get the pin

When I dial I get a voice message saying you cant call premium now why are we getting this as we allways did this before many tks if you can help us

090 numbers will have been blocked by your service provider, log into your account settings on the service providers website and allow premium numbers, or use the text facility on here to pay.
