Any exciting plans, or just another Monday?

Our youngest has his nursery graduation ceremony today. I've booked the morning off to go watch.

I am certain I will cry, and my husband will laugh at me.

How about you?

Starting a new job. After being bullied out of my previous position after 11 years because they wouldn't support me following an autism diagnosis I'm more than a little apprehensive but mainly excited!

It's a normal work day for me with an added pinch of a more assertive NBVN. It's time to set some ground rules

Two days off for LadyO as I worked the weekend. I'll probably waste them and do very little, but sometimes doing nothing is what's needed!

Sorry to read about the bullying, that's awful. Best of luck in the new role John, everything crossed they're more supportive.

Take legal action. Discrimination cases are challenging but most employers will want to settle them before they get to tribunal.

Just took the dog for a walk as it’ll be too hot later.

Then I’m going to wing another day in work without being found out. Managed a year up to now in this role

Well the last lot bullied me in to multiple suicide attempts and didn't let up the pressure so the benchmark for 'more supportive' is pretty low!

That said every contact I've had with them si far has been very supportive so I'm confident it's going to be good

I'm already on it, looking at tribunal and a personal injury claim against my employer collectively and my former manager individually

Well I’m actually having a rare day off and I mean rare. So I’m going to enjoy the sun and some me time for a change. I have no doubt I’ll be on here most of the day

I’ve actually posted my first ever meet today and hopefully possibly even find some good company to enjoy the day with, a nice social ideally maybe even a drive or walk somewhere. Will see what happens x
