I'm having a grumpy day too. I've got toothache and annoyed at myself for not going to the gym when I probably should have.

On the plus side, I have invited a mate over, and fired up the BBQ so hoping an evening in the sun will be the tonic...

I sometimes grumble to myself but that is about it.

I used to get grumpy all the time. But after a while I figured there is no point as it just puts me in a mood.

Always try to look on the brightside these days. After all. As I see it. There is probably always someone worse off than me.

I am a pretty laid back bloke these days.

I'm actually not that grumpy, I moan about shit so people think I am but after I've unloaded I don't carry it with me. Its very therapeutic.

I think most of us have a little moan here and there. But as you say. I don't take it with me as such. If I have something to say I usually say it. It's not that I am grumpy. Somethings need saying. I say it and then move on.

I've been grumpy this weekend. I had to stay away from my Grandmother's wake yesterday, to protect my mental health from toxic family members. On Friday night, I had my 1st ever fall out with my best friend of 8 years. There's not much to shake me out of it apart from time away from everyone
