Hate the heat? Now I do feel terrible as a Brit saying this but I'm hating this weather.

I love it being sunny, love the BBQs in the garden etc but hate being hot and sticky.

I see everyone excited with being outside for club days and now I avoid going or have a right cob on when I'm there lol.

I'm such a winter baby. Bring on the cosy nights

Me. I do like the sunshine and the way it puts people in a better mood......but, not being able to sleep. Having a car with leather seats that act like a heat trap and the headaches aswell.

No, I love the heat and these hot days are just wonderful. Sadly no bbq invites yet, but the summer days always remind me of good times.

Somewhere in Co. Down

I'm not a fan of hot weather I prefer it when it's cooler it's so much easier to sleep.

I don't mind the heat too much when I'm off work but it's far too warm in there when the weather is hot. I dread summer because of it.

It's fine when people from foreign countries say oh 25 isn't hot.

Oh, are you saying that from your air conditioned office, shops, restaurants and homes

Or are you on your siesta?

I love the sun & heat as well as the cold

Still not hot at night here though, I can’t remember the last time we sat outside for hours in the evening

.

My soul loves Autumn but I'm growing to not hate Summer - late summer nights enjoying alcohol and the warmth and breeze gently caressing your skin are such a dreamy time.

My hair doesn't love the heat and normally I'd hide inside but it's quite nice to enjoy the sunshine.

Still waiting for pumpkin spice latte season though.

I do that in the winter. Light a fire, wrap up warm. Lovely.

The heat is lovely when you're off work and don't have to do much. Being an outside worker in these temperatures is brutal, I don't have the constitution for it.

I was out in it yesterday. I didn’t realise how dehydrated o was until I took down a full pint of cordial in one go.

I’m not a summer fan, 25+ mixed with physical exertion and barley dust do not a pleasant working environment make.

It creeps up on you. I get mild heat stroke at least once a year

In all fairness OP I'm there with you.... blue sky's and sunny days look lovely and you can do bbq etc. Butttt when you have to work in it, can't sleep sicky muggy nights, it's uncomfortable!!! Buttt seeing the ladies enjoy the sun isn't a bad thing lol

I’m so with you OP.

I love seeing a bright sunny day, but I despise the heat.

I suffer hay fever with a vengeance when the sun comes out. I don’t like the feeling of being hot and sweaty, it’s grim. I struggle to sleep at night when it’s too warm. Exercise is more brutal than normal when it’s warm. The only plus for me is that I don’t get looked at like I’m a weirdo because I’m in shorts, which always happens through the winter.

visiting the beach

I like the nice long, warm evenings, and the early walks on the beach.

Much less keen on the middle bit, when the sun is trying to boil us all.

Yeah I'm with you, spring and autumnal weather where it's bright, but cool enough that you need a few more layers and actually get to decide if you want heat exhaustion.

But the summer brings out the maxi dresses, so you have to learn to look on the positives

Definitely this. Sunny mornings are lovely.

Sunny evenings feel like being a kid again, playing out, everyone is happy. Cooling down but still warm.

I don't hate the heat, I just don't like it quite this hot. I end up with migraines. I feel the British summer is very much wasted on me as spend it mostly indoors avoiding the heat.
