New tv game show

Hi just a concept for our sat night entertainment and solve our leadership probs. I propose we all put forward 12 names of ppl we think would do a good job then we get ant and Dec to host the show and the 10 ppl who get the most likes go into the final. We all press our red buttons on the tv remote to decide. Maybe this is the future for a proper democracy. Any thoughts?
