Has anyone here been in a relationship where you have decided to sleep in separate rooms for the sake of a goods night sleep only to find later that it was the beginning of the end.

I kinda wish we had the money for an extra bedroom for this reason. It wouldn't be all the time but it would be good to have the option as I often get insomnia and he's not very good at not waking me up.

I don't think it always means the beginning of the end. I need the option of sleeping alone. When my partner is here I end up going into another bedroom at least 50% of the time, usually after cuddles but not always.
