Definitely! Will spatchcock a chicken this morning, marinate it to let the juices swirl around and cook it later

I’ll start in the morning by slowly smoking a pulled pork joint. Later in the day, I’ll ramp up the heat and do tomahawk steaks, polish sausage, spicy jerk chicken. Oh and a few baked potatoes at the edge of the coals.
