It’s another scourcher tonight and I suspect I won’t be sleeping much! What does everyone do in the evenings to keep cool ????

Not hot here but when it is I love my chillow (a gel insert for pillowcase so it keeps you cool while you sleep) also putting cold water in a hot water bottle can help

Ah yeah that’s a really good idea! It is like a furnace in here atm and the upper floor where the loft is located is the worst!

Ah really! I would always be considered it would break open or something! Then I would have wet sheets in the worst way possible

Hot water bottles don’t leak if used properly the chillow is gel
