What tog do you have on your bed? I'm quite high, I'd guess at 8 to 10. Cotton sheet only, if it gets warmer, though do have a 4.5

I have no idea, if I’m cold, I get under it until I’m warm. If I’m too hot, I get on top of it until I’m too cold.

Just a cotton sheet on top in this heat - otherwise it's usually a 4.5 tog

4.5 all year round. I just add blankets in Winter, or take the duvet out and use only the cover in summer. I really want a wool duvet to make the bed less sweaty, but I need to save up.

4.5 and I sleep alone… if I’m with someone and they’re radiating body heat I have to stay out of the covers…

4.5 all year. I tend to put an empty duvet cover over the top- I sleep under both when it's cold, or just the empty case when it's hot.
