Go meat free too, Tom

I'd suggest searching for product suppliers. Plus also review the maximum suggested intake

No, sodium and potassium nitrite. Amyle nitrates are angina medication and amyl nitrite are for sniffy good times

From an article on this very subject.

"Some British meat producers already make nitrite-free bacon, including M&S, Waitrose and Better Naked."

Did you not read it Tom?

It's all over the news!

Farmers markets and good butchers should be low on nitrates in bacon

It’s horrible shite! they sold it in a few clubs I frequented in the early 90’s and some muppet would always think it was a great idea to buy a bottle and tip it out so it filled the room. All it did was make my eyes stream and give me a headache
