No he hasn't! He was arrested for claims of sexual assault against adults.

Why won't people get their facts straight before blasting it out on the internet. That's what this whole thing regarding Lord McAlpine is all about!

Dlt could always do a McAlpine and publicly deny said allegation, that seems to negate the need for an investigation, saving tax payers 1000's unless of course you count the damages
