"Some say barm cake

Others say bun"

There are literally dozzens of different type of bread bun, a Barm Cake isn't the same thing as a Cob, a Bap or a Stottie.

Bread cake or even tea cake to me.

Where I now live they call it a bun but in my mind that’s a small sweet cake thing, generally with icing on it.

In general its a roll. But there are sub categories. Soft roll, well fired roll and a crispy roll.

If its a burger roll then it's a bun.

Is this bread roll the sequel? I am sure we settled this (or not) not so long ago. I am worried the pineapple on pizza or not thread will make an appearance again too
