Anyone else suffer from them?

Yesterday I spent all day cleaning and I stripped the bed, washed and dried everything including my pillows and duvet. In the middle of the night had a nose bleed and it’s covered everything………not a happy bunny

Yes, a nose bleed can look like an awful lot of blood, but unless it's gushing buckets isn't really. I had to have my nose cauterized in hospital. There may be an underlying health reason so probably best to get it checked out.

Used to as a kid, really bad ones all you had to do was look at my nose and it would bleed.

I was told summer is the worst, something to do with pressure, I still get the odd one now and again but just if I stay in a hot shower for to long.

A few years ago I started to get really bad nose bleeds from my left nostril which caused me many embarrassing moments. Turns out I had an enlarged blood vessel. My Dr referred me to ENT where I had my nose cauterized. Not a pleasant procedure but solved the problem.

Had mine done a few times and seems to last a year or two and then goes back to how it is now

My mother had a prolonged nose bleed one day, went on for hours. We took her to a&e and it turned out she had very high blood pressure.

You should get it checked out OP.

I used to get them quite a lot when I was younger and they just stopped as I got older. I still get them occasionally and yes, I pisses me off when I wake up in the middle of the night and there's blood around my face, the pillow cover, and the duvet

High blood pressure? Go and get checked by the drs. Use to have them all the time as a teen. I have thin blood vessels under the skin inside my nose hence why a knock could trigger it.
