This one is mainly directed at ladies with big breasts like me. I need to get a new sports bra but I cannot seem to find a good one. It needs to be H+ friendly (I’m a J) and no mono boob if possible please. I want to up my exercise but a new bra is a must as my current ones have seen better days.

Thanks.

Is your preference for a wired sports bra or not OP?

Simply Be have some good ones for bigger boobs.

Although I discovered Primark ones recently, which I must say have been surprisingly good! Not sure if they go up to J though but it's worth having a look.

Shockabsorber do a j cup but mono boob great support though.

M&S do ones but only up to H so I've gone up a back size but down a cup, their 36h fits well. I'm 34j.

?

I've always liked Panache underwired ones for more intense activities, they're so supportive and I love that they have clips to convert them from straight straps to racer back.

I recently got a couple from Asda which are great for less intense exercise, they were only around £10 and quite supportive. I'm a 36G,but I'm sure they do larger sizes.

Panache!!! Wired and unwired are good. Wired better to avoid uniboob

Somewhere

My daughter has large breasts and had a difficult time finding a sports bra.

She ordered Elomi Women's Energise Sports Bra from Amazon and found they worked very well for her.

They have J and K sizes and various colours.

I could always run directly behind and hold them up. I'm not gym-fit or anything but given the right motivation...

abruzzo Italy (and UK)

My ex used to swear by SheFit sports bras, I don’t know how easy they are to find in the U.K. though

Thank you all for your recommendations. I will check thoss out and, hopefully, I’ll find one that suits me.

Oh, and Technosonic_Brummi, thank you for your suggestion too (it made me laugh) but I won’t be doing any running lol
