I've been a 34 inch waist all my life.

No gym etc. Just walking a lot, and not "pigging out" on food.

Ie. When I'm full, that's it, and plenty of fruit and vegetables.

I don't sit in the pub all day either, but I do go.

Smaller portions also help.

Gone are the days of a "carvery" with "greedy boards".
