If I had to choose from the origional list then the 57 chevy would be my vehicle of choice. Plenty of room for a legover on those bench seats LOL

Also to reply to the last post, I have a nova ss in my garage now!!

Mid 60’s Lincoln Continental drop top with suicide doors (the JFK final outing car IYKWIM). Running on hydraulics for that perfect combo of silky ride and lead sled cool when parked, fully smoothed bodywork in black- although I did see an amazing candy apple green one last year

Shush! you don't want to bring up that conflict again by mentioning either side- its worse than asking the British what a bread roll is called

Totally agree. Dynamically they're dreadful and hugely underpowered despite having huge engines.

The newer ones are better though, so there's hope

I think they’re fun to have a go of but they’d be a nightmare to live with. Especially on British roads.

i managed to pick up a engineless barnfind 240z in herefordshire at the very begining of lockdown for £1000. it's currently being retro fitted with electric drive, contemporary braking, suspension etc.

1960s Mustang - they're easy to get hold of as we're mass produced, but most in a sorry state so need lot of work.

Chevy Impala - as a fan of Supernatural I fell in love with this model. Not many around.

Firebird - driven one years ago, smooth ride.

Oh shit. I spoke to a mate about this. How did Ford make a Mustang look ugly, I don’t know, but they did it.

"Wot about the Australians?

I was thinking the same thing, although most were American inspired. I didn't go unnoticed riding round in my Valliant Charger which was my 24th birthday present from me to me, even if it was a humble 318ci, 5.2 litre in other words. It was right hand drive as well which I kinda preferred.

My old boss ended up racing for Holden, he wouldn't have made that move if they were building tortoises.

937 S.W.

My '70 'velle is my favorite.

But, if I had to go back to 1997 and do it over, I would choose the '67 'velle I had my eyes on at that time. The only reason the '70 won out is because it had rear seat belts.

Something about almost every '67 G.M. car that made them look downright sinister. Especially the rear ends.
