I'll often message women on here saying that I recognised them earlier. And when they ask where I just say "my dreams"

I have and the faceless user. Messaged me on here saying where and when they had seen me. Think that was more creepy than someone saying hello, at least you know they didn't follow you home or something.

We've never been recognised. Or if we have, no-one's ever told us. My husband recognised a couple from fab that we walked past while we were out at the weekend. But we didn't talk to them, and we won't message them. That would seem a bit weird.

No, because I'm actually a 6'3" bouncer called Dave....

It did happen once years ago after making my face pic public for half an hour. A bloke at the other side of the sainsbury's self checkout was giving me the side eye, then I returned home to find a message saying "did I just see you at....". I didn't like it. No more public face pics for me.
