do you drink enough? do you get your recommended 2 litres of fluid a day?

i have just realised i havent d*unk anything since i left work at 4:30

when i am at work i try to make sure i drink 2 bottles of squash, mainly because it means i can get away from my desk for a bit. Whe i am at home i tend to forget to drink....which is odd because i obsess about offering people drinks when they visit

I drink a lot...all sorts...most of the time when i am awake i have some kind of drink on the go...

I dont drink enough water at all no ... I drink very little 2 cups coffee before 12 and then nothing hot . Maybe a shandy or fruit juice. Im not very healthy
