couple, us we him her.

I'm getting on five years with the same one.

My Huawei has been amazing it's only just now started to not hold its charge as long as previously.

I still think I can get another 6 months maybe more out of it.

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

3 years. Charge socket now not reliable, so have to use wireless a lot, plus the screen has started to show burn-in at the top and bottom.

Problem is, there's nothing new that fits my criteria...

I need a microsd card, I'd strongly prefer wireless charging, and ideally would have a 3.5mm socket.

That means only the new Sony, which is 1k and therefore can't be justified.

7 months.

When the battery starts going, I upgrade, so every 2-3 years usually. Last time I also ran into space problems because I had taken too many photos and there are just no clever ways of sorting through pictures.

Had mine 2 years, i'm due to get a new one in August and I'm far too excited about it.

The excitement will last approximately 2-3 days. By the 3rd week I'll have dropped it multiple times. Then I'll use a phone with a cracked screen for the next 2 years, this is the cycle of me and phones.

At least you aren't dropping it into the toilet

Never done that.

In the shower, yep.

Out of the car door, multiple times.

Just randomly falling out my hand is the most popular though.

I do!!! And a proper case.

I've never owned a phone longer than a couple of months without cracking the screen.

2 years

Only got this one because my other one broke.

Used to change my phone every 9-12 months when I was younger but now realise it is a massive waste of money

Days.

I smashed mine the other day for the first time ever. It was a panic due to it breaking at the worst possible time.

I've a Huawei P30 and I adore it. It's just over 2 years old and am being hassled to upgrade or go on a SIM only contract and I don't want to

You should def move to sim only if the min term for the phone has been completed. Otherwise you're needlessly handing cash to the network

Yes for the wrist strap! A friend told me to get one of these.

La la land

I've had my Huawei for 4.5 years now. To be fair it's good enough for what I need. And will only change it once the battery charge becomes an issue.

Morden

Had mine since March 2020 when my previous phone wouldn't make calls

I'm on a SIM only tariff. Saves me a fortune compared to getting a phone on contract.
