Too much moaning (and yes I know this reply may be taken as moaning)

Too many jumping on people at every given opportunity and being sarcastic and belittling to them (then claiming its meant in jest)

A lot of regular users aren't posting a lot or replying anymore and some have even left as it's just not been that much fun of late on here

I used to come on here and have a giggle but I rarely want to reply to a lot now, and he doesn't feel like he can at all some days

Nothing ruins Fab, it's an entity in and of itself. But there are things that ruin your own personal experience of Fab. Nothing really ruins it for for me because I choose to take part in the things I want to take part in and ignore the things I want to ignore. If I find myself ignoring more things, then there are other mediums of entertainment I can indulge in

I don't think fabs ruined. I've been on here longer than I care to remember. It has it's up and downs yes, but so does life!

I'm not sure anything has ruined it. It serves a purpose depending on how you use it and what you want from it.

Does it keep you informed on club events etc? Yes. Therefore it works.

What has tainted my experience of sex in general is my own eyes being opened to how an awful lot of folk behave when it comes to sex (well, the getting it part) and the lack of honesty and respect. That's not the sites doing.

I think the general way the site is, is it’s down fall

It needs to get much stricter on it messaging methods. New accounts need to be given much fewer messages. Messages in general, need to be limited

By limiting messages it would massively lower the amount of shitty mail people get

That’s solves woman’s problem. Guys now need to make messages count. No more spamming 200 profiles with the same 1 liner.

And, it fixes mens biggest problem, which is messages getting buried in peoples inboxes. I’d say 80-90% of the messages I used to send just went unopened. You know the “250 new messages can’t read then all” status

That’s my opinion anyways. The biggest problem is low quality mail. It clogs up woman’s inboxes and it hides other mens messages

Limit messaging fixes that

As a single bloke, which I am too, it's always going to be a tough gig. I have ups and downs on here and just accept it's the nature of the beast. My attitude is persevere but don't harass, and always be polite and respectful, and what will be will be, and what won't won't. I don't have high expectations and when Fab isn't working for me, I take a break by either deleting or hiding my account.

Like in all walks of life, you'll find arseholes, narcissists, the self entitled, liars and scammers in the form of all genders. Just online it's magnified.

I've been on and off Fab for 12 years now, and it's always been pretty much the same for me.

Don't take it too seriously, enjoy it, and if not, then it's definitely time for a break.

Been on and off FAB for more years than would like to admit and completely see a change over time. Now as older person the age filters block however have certainly enjoyed my long established episodes on FAB. So for me nothing really spoils FAB but age sometimes stifles options.

I came across swinging in a different way, (I was swinging before I found this site single women and couples seemed to find me in social settings).

I joined to be more involved in the scene, alas I have been put off since joining this site, men bashing, 80 quid to enter a club, I've been put off couples due to the comments I've seen on theses forums regarding single men, the lack of respect towards each other.

It may well be a snap shot of how life is now I do not know.

But the forums are interesting when I keep to subjects that interest me.

Haven't read any of the posts above but for me people ruin fab.

Often they ruin it for themselves with attitudes and expectations and more often than not unfortunately that feeds into deliberately ruining it for others.

Too many take the " If I can't have it then no-one else will" approach and jealously, lack of validation or just pure nastiness cause them to share personal info, spread rumours and/or use others to continuously nip away at those they take issue with.
