Over the last year the amount of cum that comes out has dropped off quite abit. Still as horny but only half the cum.

Should I be worried or is it just a age related thing. I am 58

Unfortunately as we age the prostate and seminal vesicles produce less fluid it’s not uncommon for the ducts that drain the genital fluids can become clogged. In many ways probably just down to age. However like the previous have posted speak to your GP as it’s never good taking health advice from the internet no matter how well intended. Had a similar problem myself and was given plenty pelvic floor exercise to help. Hope you’re okay.
